Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods: We partner with UPS to offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional fees and customs duties may apply.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Policy:

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers the next business day.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. P.O. Box delivery is available for standard shipping only.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, UPS will leave a notice and make additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • Signature Requirements: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Hazardous Materials: Some products may be classified as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped through standard methods. Please contact us for alternative shipping options.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with UPS to locate your package or send a replacement.
